Rally may start from Jan 3rd 2012 from 4750 levels to 5400-5500
Be Cautious! EU or no EU tomorrow, 2-3 days we may be flat to negative But a Big Bang Up is possible any time soon & after all from January 3, 2012 we will be in the second leg of a huge Big Bull Rally.
1. Will NOT Break Below 4700 & come as on 7th October, 2011 we have continued to trade above 4700 on both intraday as well as closing basis. The lowest level Nifty hit after 4728.30 just last week.
2. "Caution: PLEASE DON'T ASSUME WE WILL NOW BE BACK IN A BULL MARKET RALLY!" Will NOT bounce back & shall rather trade between a 10% range of 4700 to 5200 on the upside. Accordingly a number of times Nifty went beyond 5000 levels only to come back to sub 4800 levels at least 3 times
3.Rally may start from January 3rd, 2012 from 4750 levels to 5400-5500 levels before which Nifty shall continue to be volatile & range bound.
4. We will again see 4750 levels but not break below it.
